Easy Cheesy Salsa Meatloaf
2 lbs. lean ground beef
2/3 cp chunky style tomato salsa
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup milk
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 cup shredded pepper Jack Cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. ground cumin
Cayenne Pepper to taste
Topping:
1/4 cup chunky-style tomato salsa
1/2 cup shredd

Put the basic meatloaf recipe into your crockpot I'd spray it with
cooking spray or use one of those liners everyone's been talking about.
put the topping on maybe 40 minutes before done. probably takes 4
hours. you'll be able to smell it when it is done.

You can brown the meat first if you like. It will increase flavour for
sure not a necessity.
