First it will depend up on your particular model but on mind, you
touch the "bake" button and then there are up and down temperature buttons.
You touch the up button to reach the desired temperature. Each time you tap
it, it will increase by 5DGS. Y

I guess it would depend on the make and model of your stove. If there is some
way you could get in touch with the manufacturer, they might be able to help
you; or maybe ask a sighted person
