Hi everyone,
My husband usually wants shels in his macaroni salad but has decided he
wants elbow macaroni instead. We have a medium size elbow macaroni. Does
anyone know what the equivalent would be with different pasta? I usually
use 3 cups in our salad-shells, that is-so I know the elbow

The heavy cream in the recipe, is there to help thicken the sauce. Because
milk has less fat content, you probably can use it but won't get the same
results as if you used the heavy cream.
