Hi Paul, hi all, i was wondering, would it be so difficult to have the "display manager" window in a way that when you resize it the map and molecules panels do not resize the same way? I mean, when I have 5 pdbs loaded and only two maps, the only way to have the 5 molecules all visible in t

I dont know which version of Coot you use, but usually you can move the separator between the maps and molecules up and down (indicated by a few dots under the map bottom scroll bar). In this way you can make the space you want. Well, I second the request: it could auto-size, and save me a few

[COOT] Accept RSR,regularize results

Hi, I installed on my Windows PC the ccp4 6.1.1 that also has coot 0.5.2. When I perform RSR or other functions changing the coordinates I do not see the Accept/Reject dialog box. How do I turn it on? In previous versions this box appeared automatically at the end of the calculations.
