[coreboot] build service results for r4998

Dear coreboot readers! This is the automatic build system of coreboot. The developer stepan checked in revision 4998 to the coreboot repository. This caused the following changes: Change Log: * Explicitly add __PRE_RAM__ where it should be added. * Don't implicitly add __PRE_RAM__ in romcc.
