I'm trying to use the cosign test server for a cosign protected website.
Everything works correctly on the production server BTW.

Unfortunately, I don't think that is my problem.
I tried setting webloginServer loginUrl to
https://weblogin-test.itcs.umich.edu/?
And webloginServer name to weblogin-test.itcs.umich.edu
I got the same "The service is unavailable." And a 503 error in my IIS log.

Anyone know whether I can use CoSign with RedHat 7.3 kernel
v2.4.20-28.7smp with Apache 1.3?
The document that I can find said that I can use it with Apache 1.3 but
with RedHat 9.
