Okay, the httpd LogLevel didn't help, but that helped me remember you
can run slapd in the foreground with -d -1 and it'll spew endlessly, so
that helped me figure out what's going on. Unfortunately, it doesn't
look like there's a fix for my problem with mod_authnz_ldap right now?
I use SASL EXT
