Yes, I did configured the factor as secondary (-2) but the problem was that
I didn't know how to enable factors only for specific users instead of
services. In our environment the user should be able to decide whether he
wants to use Google Authenticator or not.

I'm trying to create an embedded login screen using cosign which turns out
to be not as straight-forward as I expected. ;)
Problem is, I don't want users to be redirected to the login screen all the
time. I want to be able to integrate the login screen in different pages,
like a widget or sim
