Sorry, can't find any references about this.
Will I have to do anything special when installing courier-authlib (or other
courier modules) when using NIS+ ?
Or does it authenticate this as standard (passwd)? Courier will be installed
on the NIS server.

You have to restart esmtpd after changing. Also, in my case it was the
-noident that did the trick.

There is an explicit warning on the homepage
that Courier will not handle mailformed email. How big a problem is this in
real life?
