If such hostname would be found in mail from: (or rcpt to:), the mail
would be rejected.
It does not apply for sending mail from such host (via reverse DNS), only
for specifying such address in mail envelope.

This causes the "mail loops back to myself"-style error at receiving and no
error at sending time, unless you put 127.0.0.1 to "badmx" in BOFH.

Is it possible not to count quota only for TRASH folder?
I have found relevant parts in ./maildir/maildirquota.c

both off (or change them to those esmtpd-msa uses)
I guess the former would be better since esmtpd-msa defined many options to
the same values we want in esmtpd-ssl (since we use it the same way).
Any comments?
