Following up on my own post with some additional data... When I sent my first post, I'd only tested from 128.135.0.0/24 (which is the subnet my mail server lives on, and worked fine) and 128.135.12.0/24 (which is the subnet where our central mail cluster lives, and elicits deferrals). Since then
