Just stumbled upon this discussion two years later as I have been thinking about the same thing. I think a co-working space in the Naperville area would be a huge benefit to the community and would love to help with getting something started. I'm a telecommuter and know many others in the area.

At Xindanwei, we have two different kinds of membership: The regular coworking membership, and the coffee membership at the ground floor cafe. Funny enough that the regularly coworking coworking community is made up with 85% women!! And the coffee membership is exactly the other way around, 85%

Wow, well said. LA has gained some 6 new locations this past year. I hear at least 2 more this upcoming year. For now, only in SM are there overlaps, and we 3 are vastly different in approach. But yes, soon, only the stronger communities will remain so we shall see. Jerome __ B
