We are thinking about offering these? We can take our daily drop in rate and cut it in half but how do you handle the hours? Do you have set times they can come in like: 9 - 1 and 1 to 5 or are you flexible when they can come in? We just opened so we are ramping up and can probably be flexible on

I've tried to keep them to mornings or afternoons, not any random 5-hour block, but because we're never that full, we've been very flexible (any random 5-hr block has worked). However, if a part-time plan where they come in, say, 20 hrs/wk, we enforce less flexibly the required mornings or
