I seem to be on the side of keeping it a pure thing that is always
celebrated on August 9th...it just feels more right to me! That is what we
will be doing at Frontal Lobe this year opening up our space for free and
planning some wonderful events to celebrate the day.
Thanks,
Fabrizio
I had a card once with the title Non-Specific Special Effects Logistics

Agree - I already have a coworking day reminder for each 9th of august of
the next 20 years in my GCal. Partywise - We have our Summer Party at
Co-Up on the 9th - very very convenient :). You're all welcome to come if
you're around Berlin!

Hi Sean,
We've developed a web app that ties in with an off-the-shelf access system.
We really like Paxton at the moment. It's a battery-powered and wi-fi RFID
doorlock w/scanner built in. All you have to do is remove the existing
handle on the door, and replace it with this one -- no wiring.

Hi Barbara,
Thanks for your detailed responses!
Completely agree with your first 2 pointers. I will be offering days per
month and not putting a restriction on which days members can choose to

Along with founder, that's what I say when I'm asked about my title, role

The Sharp can be put on a lease -- in fact it's advisable. It becomes a monthly
cost/profit center, and you just turn it over to a new one in 5 years -- or get
a great deal on keeping it. We get them able to take ledger size for
architects/drafters/accountants on bypass. Not
I don't have anything on my business card, but I have a few titles that I

and members and prospective members never bat an eye to it. Though
sometimes I joke that I'm Owner/Janitor/Marketing Rep/Bookkeeper.

Cool question! I love these kinds of patterns. Would be neat to see some of
the coworking space management tools export aggregate data so we can do
analysis like this - anonymous occupancy averages by day of week, week of
the month, month of the year, etc would be really cool to overlay on things
