That's precisely what I'm working on with Open Coworking through the Open
Coworking Map: http://coworkingdotcom.herokuapp.com/ (The site will be
moving to map.coworking.com very very shortly.)
The idea behind the Open Coworking Map is very simple. All "global
coworking lists" have
"the returns on well designed spaces is MULTIPLIED by a great community. "
Well, I think the reverse can work as well: the returns of a good community
can be multiplied by a well-designed space.

How many meeting rooms do you have?
It's unclear to me from the post whether you're referring to outsiders
using your meeting rooms or members? Is it free to members or do they pay
per hour?
These details would help clarify what strategy is appropriate to drive more
usage.

You can get away with imperfections in the space when the community vibe is
good. It’s much, much harder to get away with cultural dysfunction (or
nonexistence) when the space is good.
It’s not debate of if space OR community is valuable or important. Both are
important.

We use facebook advertising, Liquid Space and Evenues .. Although we are in
San Diego I think they have a good nationwide presence - If not - google
search conference room rentals in the bay area and see what others are
