Open. We've got 20 dedicated desks in a large open plan space. Probably self-selecting, but the folks here seem happy with it. Easier to start or join a conversation with neighbors, and lots of energy seeing other people excited and working on their projects. Occasionally we have bizarro moments wh

Hi Mike, What is your total sq. footage in your current space? It's looks similar to the one I'm pursuing. Mine will have different nooks where multiple people sit but you can't necessarily see the people in a different nook when you're in one (hard to explain). There are no doors except the con

Citizen Space also benefits from the "no option but open" layout. And I, too, echo what Alex et al have said here. With three of our defining principles pointing to open space (openness, collaboration and community), I wouldn't have it any other way. This is also one of those instances wher

All: 1. The discussions here are EXTREMELY helpful to newbies like myself (welloldies, but, newbies). 2. Openness is paramount. (IMHO) 3. I said I would keep you up to date. We ARE moving to the new OPEN space! (WhooHooo) We now have the keys and we (as a community) will spend the next
