Sadly, Citizen Space has none of that stuff...however, we've only had one incident and it didn't involve property damage, theft or injury - only trespassing and squatting. The building, however, requires a key fob to get in after 5:30 pm and on weekends. Those only go to paying members. Tara On M

If you're speaking about insurance, we have a 1mil policy on the lot and building itself and recommend that each of our tenants get their own liability and theft insurance. In terms of security and risk reduction, Ned and I are fortunate enough to live on site which provides security after hours.

One often overlooked but extremely critical element is the community itself. The community IS the security policy. Physical things we have are a camera right outside the entrance and electronic door locks. All business hours someone is here to watch over the place and after hours it's residents
