We love contact forms as well. We used to have the info get entered directly
into our newsletter app (Vertical Response) so that they at least our
communications, but now we get the info directly into our reservation system so
that if they come in, we already have their info set up.

A tough one for sure. I like the model of giving a discount on second and
third packages. That's generally what we do. We've also created "Team
Tables" - rather than individual desks, we have harvest tables around which
a team of 4-6 can work.
