we participate with RAP since M1 as a +2 project in Luna.
The RAP project plans to deliver version 2.3.0 to Luna.

(Please note that there's version 2.2 of RAP under development which will
be released December 2013. Up to that
Scout depends on RAP and joins the Luna release train as a +3 project.

CDT will be participating in the Luna simrel. Offset is kinda +1 although we
have a tiny bit that depends on RSE but it seems to work out in the end.

There isn't much to add at this point. We know that there will be API
breakage from the LTTng plug-ins so we need to do a major release. Our
planning meeting is happening soon and it will fill in more details for
what goes into our 2.2 release and what goes into Luna.
