I have a map of our state with all of the counties as hotspots and need
to put them into my (first) fluid layout. Does anyone have an idea of
how I handle this. Using an old map as a test (much nicer map to come)
it lost all the linking abilities when made fluid.
Also, if anyone has any suggest

I'm trying to create a fade gradient for the bottom of the page. I've
made a 1px-wide, 200px-tall graphic that I'm planning to repeat-x. Can I
anchor it so that it falls to the bottom of the page regardless of how
much text is on each page?
