I tested in IE6, Opera9 and FFox2 all under Win and things go right here.
The small link appears fine on first time page loads.
It's an orange underlined text link. Isn't it?
Nothing happened when I reloaded the page.
PS: layout broken in IE5.5/Win

I am new to the group, and this is my first post.
The issue has been extremely frustrating to debug because it only
appears on the first time the page is loaded. Upon refresh, it looks
fine. Even if I clear my cache, I still can't reproduce it after the
