It's your own choice, but it's generally not too difficult to make the
adjustments necessary to support this browser (assuming IE5/Win is what

The Sliding Doors method says to float the container and the LI's so
that you do not have to specify height on the anchors. That will make
display:block work and then you shouldn't need a height attribute.
