My main priority is getting the main site stripped of it's multiple
nested tables into something a little more flexible and usable (CSS).
For now I am keeping the Javascript menu. As time permits, I will swtich
the drop-down to CSS. These are great suggestions.

Actually, the menu wasn't coded by me. It was made by someone else on
this list who wanted some help with a particular CSS problem.

Hi, all. I'm almost done converting a table site to CSS, but I am having
a problem.
The problem involves a piece of javascript appearing and disappearing
when I fiddle with the CSS. I don't think I'm doing anything dramatic
with the CSS, but clearly my changes effect it.
