[css-d] problem with nav bar

Hi! This is my first time submitting a questions here. The prexisting nav bar at the top (the light blue, orange, red bar) the text is jutting out to the left. I've been staring at this for a while and I'm hoping to use some of your fresh eyes! Any help would be appreciated! I've been working with

Hi all this will be my first post on this list. I am having a problem with a site I am building mostly using css. There is a left side navigation bar that is made up of .gif's, the last one having a height of 100% so it resizes with the content. The problem is it resizes irregularly sometimes
