This is a horrible book - worse than movie Soya Green where cannabalism
was exposed at end of movie and euthenasia also tool of survival.
Have skimmed few chapters of this book and if this was Timothy McVeigh's
"bible" well how do you explain his other bible - the Gideon Placed

Well when there was bible instruction in the schools, and children said
a simple prayer - you didn't have kids taking guns to school to kill
their classmates?
The Bible was meant for the HIgh Priests and not the common man - most
of whom could not even read when first bibles
