There was an article in our Newspaper, Jan. 6, 1999 about this proposed
regulation. It is a nightmare about to come true!! Here is the latest report

Let me say this - and I wish I could remember it all. The Governor of
Florida, Mr. Bush, had ordered thousands of the ID cards; it was then
discovered that the Secret Service was involved, etc., and it hit the
fan. As a result Bush cancelled all this stuff.
