[cvsnt] Since updatint to 2.5.04 often files are shown as "modified" in WinCVS 2.1.1.1 while they are not.

After upgrading to 2.5.04 often files are shown as "modified" in WinCVS 2.1.1.1 even if they are not, and remains in this state after an update. Only a forced commit will change the state. It does not happen with 2.5.03. -- Luigi D. Sandon
