Sorry for this. Yes, this particular mailer is really bad,
I'll have to re-register with the Cygwin mail list from
a better one.

faq-using.xml: Replace makewhatis with mandb
After an unfortunate mishap with an encryption key, I have started to
rebuild my harddisk. And making sure I have a good backup :(
I noticed a problem with the file permissions for /usr/sbin/ssh-keysign.exe:
$ getfacl.exe /usr/sbin/ssh-keysign.exe

What does that mean in terms of the cygwin-pkg-list?
I guess it means that we won't make a 64 bit package.
Making xwinwm obsolete doesn't make much

Cygwin setup keeps showing error about package unknown in file
inetutils-server.sh, so ran it manually and saw the actual problem:
$ cd /etc/postinstall
$ ./inetutils-server.sh
*** Warning: The permissions on the directory /var are not correct.
*** Warning: They must match the regexp

Hi,
I was still not able to make valgrind display Cygwin symbols, so I
manually translate the address to line this time.
Tested with
$ uname -a
CYGWIN_NT-5.1 2.2.1(0.289/5/3) 2015-08-20 11:40 i686 Cygwin
==29863== Conditional jump or move depends on uninitialised value(s)

Hi,
Attach is the simple test case I use to reproduce the valgrind warning
and random failures.
Compile the test case in Cygwin with below command line:
$ gcc -g -O0 flock.c -o flock.exe
Thanks!
