You need to use the "-dpi 100" option for XWin.exe. I would suggest
doing that first from a Cygwin bash shell to try it, then edit your
startup script to add the option permanently.

keyboard under Solaris 2.6 and Cygwin XFree86 (tested with 4.3.0-51)! :-)
