at all, it may be solely as a Linux phenomenon! Reports are that both HP and IBM are working on Linux compatible versions of TCPA. Ironically, not only is Ross's claim wrong about TCPA undermining open source, it could conceivably turn out that TCPA will be completely reliant on open source
