Yes, you can.
Open the "More Modules" at the bottom of your darkroom right hand panel.
You can scroll down the list, enable modules you want, and disable modules
you don't want. When you are done, click on the 3 little lines to te right
of the "more modules" title, and choose "store new preset".

Now I have an image with has no lens correction and I cannot export it.
Sometimes it gets completely black (except the watermark), sometimes it is
distorted like the one mentioned below.
Is this a known bug? Are there workarounds?

I know that WebP is capable of metadata. I also did a really roundabout
thing to get some metadata into a WebP file once, (but can't remember the
sequence of things I did).
Nevertheless, I cannot be manually re-adding metadata to each WebP file I
create. If the Metadata is in the RAW, plus
