[datameet] Information on India's Aviation Infrastructure

Hi folks, First time posting here. I've been working on a data parser for extracting publicly available information about India's aviation infrastructure. It's still a WIP but thought I'll share it forward. The parser scans the eAIP portal and exports the information to json and geojson files.
