Hello:
Is anybody out there developing CODECs for DaVinci processors?
It seems that VICP coproccessor is somewhat restricted and used only
by Texas CODECs (avaliable at a very high price). Did someone try to
develop a CODEC even without using VICP coprocessor?
Is it possible to get information
Did you try to use fbset command?
in /etc/fb.modes you may have several resolutions you can choose by
using the fbset command like :
fbset -fb /dev/fb/3 640x480-60
(the example is for the video window)

Hi Carlos ,
I modified the registers as per your comments.
regw (0x00F30146,IN_SIZE);
Even with these new values, the resizer is hung. Am I missing some
configuration?

Hi Zheng,
Can you give more details on how you solved this problem? The resizer gets
stuck for me too.

Okay, the problem is solved. It turns out that the size problem is
related to my stupid coefficient indexing bug.
Hi,
I have similar problem.
I am trying to use ZyDAS ZD1211 Wi-Fi. It fails to upload FW over EP0.
I am interesting to cooperate to solve the problem.
BTW: have you tested linux-davinci-2.6 git tree?

Hi all,
this little patch fixes the problems when using the pan function for
davinci fb with the git kernel (error messages when using decode demo).
Also the isr function has been fixed.
Thanks, pushed.

The git tree has been updated to 2.6.20-rc5. In addition to the
upgrade, the following updates/fixes have been made:
- forward ports of misc bugfixes from the MV 2.6.10 kernel
o ethernet half-duplex fix: Paul Bartholomew
o audio fixes from TI
- USB updates from the MUSB driver in the OMAP
Does anyone know if there is driver support for SD-Cards available? Rather
than the standard MMC driver.
Thanks
Robert
