Now it works. The evm creates /dev/console on their own.
The boot process hangs about 30 sec:

are you sure that /dev/console exists on your NFS root filesystem?
If this isn't the case, you should do a
mknod dev/console c 5 1
on your host in your NFS root.
Most probably the board actually boots, but you can't _see_ nothing w/o
the initial console...

Okay, I had tho change my dhcpd.conf. Now it looks like that:
