I don't know postfix, but I'd recommend you implement greylisting.
Spamassassin can come after, and won't have to work nearly as hard.

Dbmail as nothing to do with filtering spam

I still don't know if that is a postfix work or dbmail so correct me if im
wrong, at least the clamsmtp proxy is with postfix so this may be with it also.
