used gmime 2.2.23 and glib2 2.20.3.
I got the dbmail git compiled but I am having problems with messages being
stored correctly. Trying to compile more information to troubleshoot.

Is PostgreSQL >= 8.2 going to be required for dbmail 2.3/2.4? I notice the use
of "RETURNING" keyword in INSERT statements for instance.
