and I have not been successful in loading the CoOccurrenceBasedSelector for
faster annotations. I keep getting a file not found error (Yes I downloaded
the additional files and put them in the data directory).

I have downloaded and experimented with both the Jar distributions. The
'statistical' version is really fast (< 500ms), but not as complete. The
standard version is better (IMO), but comparatively slow at ~3500ms for
simple two sentence annotation. I am using the medium dictionary and index.

which cannot load the whole model into ram.
