I just found your site and have an off topic request. I made "The Joan Zone"
T-shirt that Joan Osbourne wore during the end of the "the dead" new years

FWIW the show opened with Garcia doing a full set with NRPS.
During the course of the final jam, Pigpen advanced to the middle front
of the stage several times; each time carving from head height downwards
- holding the microphone and a loop of cable like a bowie knife.

Due to the above minor difference in spelling, (er vs. re), when a search is
done, the 1988 Shoreline shows are listed as being from a different venue
