1) Anybody know why there were no Bay Area shows in '78 until the October
"From Egypt With Love" run? Seems odd.
2) A guy I met recently says his first show was Forum '77 (which I'm going
to get ahold of and make a copy), but said he

2/26 - 6/9/77 = 158 minutes
9/28 - 12/31/77 = 148 minutes
1/31 - 5/17/78 = 153 minutes
