Dave, I have come around to the view that the Dead's set must have been on
Sunday 6/16.
As you note, the NYT of 6/16/68 contains contradictory information about
the date of this. An article says the rock session (including GD) will take
place "tomorrow", i.e., on Monday, 6/17. But
Oh yeah - progress today for sure! This is live now too.
