Today, I sent a notice to the maintainer of the ssl-cert Debian
package, after a new package version introduced some templates (and a
minro error in one of them.
The package maintainer and I agreed for a translation update round. At

I completly disabled ssl on one server, to see whether the ssl module
triggered the bug.
And it did not change the behaviour: So the bug is somewhere else
(so not related to the open ssl-memory-leaks reported on the apache
bugtracker).

If you do not already use it, you might consider using the
"podebconf-report-po" utility, which helps warning
