i recode anna to reduce lowmem complexity.
- now, lowmem add to the asklist only packages with a want_install status
(except for menu-item packages ) at the end of
choose modules function.
- lowmem also takes into account the packages listed in the INCLUDE_FILE
- and all asklist computing is done
