Just an errata on my previous comments, mozilla cannot
cancel/resume on ftp (but it does on http ).
Also starting a download from http, cancelling then "resuming"
from ftp restart from 0, but the opposite works great.

setting the root to /dev/fd0 in silo.conf (or some other fix)
