dosbox session is change to the C drive by typing "C:". Without a shift

Well, xbase-clients still has missing build dependencies either way,
as xdpyinfo, xsetmode, and xsetpointe
Same problem here: after update I couldn't even login... AltGr doesn't work.
I also noticed that Ctrl+Alt+Fx doesn't switch to a fb console as usual.
Fortunately I could login to ssh: that allowed me at least to downgrade
Xorg.
In my xorg.conf I already had Option "XkbRules" "xorg".

it appears the glibc libraries are looking for it in /var/run/nscd/socket.
