I get the same bug using wine 0.9.25-1 on a notebook GenuineIntel Intel(R) Pentium(R) M processor 1.70GHz, kernel Linux 2.6.18-3-686, Debian testing/unstable and xserver-xorg-video-i810 (1.7.2-1). Cann't use winecfg nor any wine app. with wine 0.9.25-1 and had to downgrade to version 0.9.20-1
