I cannot reproduce this bug on my machine; all bplay does is wait for
data, as it should, since it defaults to reading from stdin. When I
press RET it just tells me the input file is less than 20 bytes long.

I made a mistake: I found out that that line causes the problem when using the
shipped version of asio, not Debian's version. However the segmentation fault
