upstream [1].
Imho it would be better to *not* fallback to loading libtracker.so. As I
mentioned earlier, the name libtracker was already taken and we might
end up loading the wrong lib.

that key fingerprints of keys, where the pubkey is used for
encryption, are not printed to stdout --with-colons and in
