I'm seeing the same problem since my upgrade to lenny, /home is an
NFS-mount.
In my case the problem does not disappear by itself but I always need
to do run 'mount -o remount,rw /home' on the NFS-client which solves
the problem for some time.

of the failcount.
According to http://www.linux-ha.org/ScoreCalculation the failcount is
increased by 1 every time that my resource is failing.

I'm a little puzzled by this bug report, which I missed when it
originally was assigned to man-pages. Even back at the beginning of
2006, the man-pages clearly documents the needed feature test macro:

I can confirm that the provided firmware fixes the problem on my
machine. Its current uptime reached 5 hrs so far using a vanilla
2.6.27.6 i686 kernel (iwlagn driver).

/etc/network/if-up.d/mountnfs as it sources /etc/init.d/nfs-common, but

I've got same situation, same error. And now I doubt it is cryptsetup issue.
Because, when I got this error, I could reboot with previous initrd file
that specified from grub shell. This problem was caused by upgrading linux
kernel image package.
