Looks like the Perl scripts that process the man pages were accidentally
left out of the 1.7.2p1 release tarball. Reported upstream and fixed locally
in my tree for the next upload.

This is utter bullshit... I've already had several packages hijacked by
other maintainers without so much as contacting me... Now I have
packages being orphaned when I'm working on packaged... Including
packages that are co-maintained by a team.
