The latest squeeze update (~07:30CET) solved the problem. It includes an
upgrade to libkdecore5 and did not cause any dependency issues. RESPECT

correctly, while I get DHCP troubles.

Upgrading python-kde4 indeed fixes the problem. Shouldn't
guidance-power-manager depend on a newer version then? Currently, no
version is specified.

having ccache installed does not trigger the bug as ccache has to be
